PPC is TOP NOTCH. They are incredible to work with start to finish - the communication with Stacie in the office is quick, organized and helpful.(kept up with many lengthy emails that evolved with my event needs) The site visit with Jimmy to evaluate the very complicated tent space was critical to our planning process. The set up crew - Griffen and Marvin were AMAZING - cannot believe 2 people got that entire tent and equipment unloaded all by themselves. I rented two tents and a dancefloor for my July 2024 wedding and the level of service I've received from Pacific Party Canopies has been second to none. Stacie and Jim in the office were pleasant and very professional every step of the way. The setup crew was timely, efficient, and courteous. After the wedding, Derek reached out directly to remedy a small miscommunication with my invoice and to make the situation right. This is a company you can place your faith in. Highly recommend.
