I just got my hair did at Mt. Vernon location by Natasha, and it was a fantastic experience! Very professional, very friendly. Competitive prices. Something is wrong with the digital wait list. Last week I walked out because the app on phone said 33 minutes but when I got inside it said 55 minutes. It felt like the a/c was off so I just left. Today my app said 14 minute wait but when I got inside, my name wasn't even on the wait list! I was made to feel as if it was my fault that I didn't know the screen is not updating and has issues. This was at least a better experience than 2 months ago when the stylist didn't even speak english. Not doing that again! Very pleased with the cut TODAY.
