The folks at Ewing have a customer service model that should be copied by every business, full stop. Seriously. I own Barnavit Land Care, LLC. We're just a small-time lawn service/snow removal company but they treat me like I'm their #1 customer! They call me to let me know when product that I use is back in stock for the season and always help me load my purchases.. immediately.
