Do not go to Hilde! They are unsure of much of anything and do not know what insurance they accept. I was told they no longer accepted my insurance. I was fine with that, I found a new dentist. I had been going to Hilde since 2016! After I found new dentist, Hilde kept calling me. I explained why I left and then was told, "hold please", They came back, said oh we take your insurance! I read my insurance information off to them, I was assured my insurance was accepted at Hilde. I would be going WAY out of my way to go back to Hilde but was willing to do so as I was comfortable with them. I got new dentist to send all my x-rays and last cleaning back to Hilde. Once received I go to make my appointment with Hilde to be told "we do not take your insurance, so this will be all out of pocket." Seriously! After all the work to make sure, get x-rays and all information back to Hilde to be told, no we really do not take your insurance! I have left 2 messages for Victoria, the head admin person that to date have NOT been returned. I understand people get busy, people make mistakes, but not returning calls is just disrespectful, rude and when speaking to someone please get information correct!!!
