I have went there a total of 3 times. The first time I went to get my hair done burgundy red. She ended up making it bright red but I ended up liking it. The second time I went to get a haircut and that went well too. But the very last time I went was to get another haircut and this time I didn’t have a great experience it was really short. I wanted a little bit above the shoulders. And I ended up getting a short in the back and long hair in the front which I didn’t ask for. But I didn’t make a big deal about it. I didn’t say anything and that was my problem not saying anything. But it’s like you already cut it. It’s not like you can glue the hair back. So...read full review

I've only gotten my hair done twice by Hortensia, but both times, she was just super fun and such a professional. She does an excellent job, and I would recommend her to all my family and friends.
