South Sound Water Recovery

WOW! We lost most of our home to a burst pipe, South Sound Water Recovery is WAY more than the name suggests. The response time was unbelievable, water recovery was extremely thorough, and very professional, every non effected area was kept clean quarantined off. Also, expected timelines were provided upfront and very accurate. That is just the beginning, they communicated clearly what to expect in the coming stages, assisted us with housing, provided trustworthy contractors for upcoming recovery work, advised us with insurance expectations and navigation. The communication through the process was unbelievable! We knew what was happening and where we were at every step of the way, which was invaluable when dealing with our insurance adjuster. We were lucky enough to have Bailey, Ross, and Kaden working with us on our adventure. These guys are spectacular! Their sensitivity to our loss was well above par, and their interactions with our special needs son and the rest of our family made us feel like we were “right at home”, even while displaced! I wouldn’t wish this on anyone… but if you have to go through water damage, this is an AWESOME way to do it!!! We do want to give an extra special shout out to Sean for his response and leadership, and Bailey for the care and attention to our home always ensuring that it will be a wonderful place to live again!
