    Sean and Bailey were extremely prompt answering my initial call and scheduled a visit for a consultation. When they came out they were professional, polite, took thorough moisture readings and clearly apprised me of my best options for remediation. Would work with them again in a heartbeat (but hopefully won’t have another water damage situation where I’d need to!)

    If I could rate them higher I would! OMG you come out of your 2nd floor bedroom and find water. Water inches deep on the floor, water going down the walls to the first floor... Freaking out who can you call? Well once I got ahold of Sean Brewer from South Sound Water Recovery, my problems started smoothing out. He walked me through what to do, handled the insurance and made sure that they handled my case correctly. Flash forward a 9 mths... Holy Crap? Again?     Sean of SSWR is amazing. We had a pipe burst that flooded our whole downstairs during the cold snap and Sean drove out of his way to come take a look at our house the same day. He gave us an honest assessment to compare with the insurance adjustor, provided a ton of helpful additional info to two panicked first time homebuyers, and even brought out a dehumidifier for us until we could rent more. He was too booked out to take our mitigation job at the time- and was honest about that which is rare- but checked in with us to see after the fact to see how we were doing.
