MoldEaters was amazing from initial visit/estimate, implementation work and communication/flexibility. This company does not paint over mold!Shiloh came out for the initial visit when I was worried about mold after my house had suffered from burst pipes during January storms. He was not worried about any of the dark spots on the wood that I asked about. I really appreciated his down-to-earth explanations and patience with my questions.There was some mold found in the attic, but not altogether surprising since it's also a symptom of living in the PNW. Absolutely exceptional experience, start to finish. Honest folks, after starting the project and realizing that the initial quoted work would not be necessary, they dramatically reduced our cost to include remediation only. Responsive office staff, flexible scheduling, and friendly team only added to the experience. They came highly recommended to us, and we can’t recommend them highly enough either.

Cody was punctual, displaying great courtesy throughout the service. His expertise and knowledge in the field were evident, and he demonstrated honesty by informing me that my crawl space did not require remediation. Moreover, he promptly provided a detailed report with photos the same day. Cody was patient in addressing all my questions, and I'm impressed with Cody enough to be writing this review and will include him in my references. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody to anyone I know dealing with mold issues. Thank you very much Cody for your honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
