Viking Fence Company Inc. did a great job and provides professional service. Their estimates are very reasonable and they offer good suggestions. The crew works quickly and efficiently, leaving the yard in good condition. They are friendly, communicate well, and are good to work with. Customers are very happy with the awesome, snazzy results and would definitely use them again. They know fencing, and neighbors love the new fence.
Listen, if you want a fence built next week, Viking is not going to be for you. Their one downside is they are very busy and so it takes a while to get scheduled, and the communications are pretty lightweight up to that point. That said, I have had them build both chain link and wood fences on separate occasions and once your time arrives, they do great work for a competitive price. I recently had a wood fence rebuilt + a new entry gate, and the quality of work was amazing, the guys doing the build clearly took pride in what they do. The estimators are also down to earth and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need, which I appreciate.
Viking put our original fence in and after many years of great service, we needed it rebuilt after someone hit it with their car. They did amazing job with extremely polite crew members. The only critique I have is that we were originally told 4-12 weeks and it ended up being 14+ weeks. But, the quality of service provided offset the extra time it took. We would use them again in a heartbeat
Unfortunatly I didnt get past the estimate. Called to schedule a small repair on Monday. I was told I'd get a call from the scheduler within 10 to 14 days (that's way too long). I mentioned that it was a small job (took 2 hours with 2 guys), and maybe I could get fit in with another small job, as they are booked 3.5 months. Gal on the phone stated she would have the scheduler call me same day Monday to see if they could fit me in. I never got the call.
I called another company the same Monday, and it is repaired Thursday today. I paid an extra $200 to get it done.
