Earlier this week I broke my frames. I decided to contact the visual connection since I had received my glasses at their location on Wheaton Way. Upon contacting them I was greeted by a very helpful staff member named Cathleen. She located a spare pair of frames and told me she would have them ready for me as soon as I was able to come into the office. Staff members at the visual connection have really made me feel like a priority. You guys are very much appreciated.
I've been to this office two times and they are excellent.Top-notch at their jobs, making it all easy and leaving me feelingfully confident.Dr. Lasater is wonderful, answering all my questions, patient, smart, explained everything.There was an employee who answered my original call, for an optic emergency, recently. She didn't work the front desk; I think she was an assistant to the doctors. I hope she reads this and knows how much I appreciate her kindness, her listening to me and her being an advocate for me.Great place to take care of your vision.
The Optometrist that I saw is Professional and nice makes you feel comfortable telling you everything that going on in your appointment, the staff is nice and polite. I just wish the young ladies helping with glasses would be a little more hands-on when patients are trying on glasses trying to see what fits their face frame. It is just hard sometimes, when you pick out your own you don't know or realize if they're the right fit for you. I do like that it's a convenient location. It stays busy which is nice to see.
