After lengthy phone calls, finally found Randy's Heating to respond to our 7 year occupation of 35year home- Trane XE1000 heat pump problem with the pump fan running continuously 24-7. I was quoted a price of approximately $158. Service- plus possible parts. ( I noted the thermostat batteries were bad- replaced them, then noted the fan problem after resetting the date & time) They were able to come out the next afternoon! Logan showed up before 3 pm. I indicated the concern- he was able to locate the problem after a short amount of time. Fan control contactor had a contact 'welded'. Got a new one from his van stock and replaced... read full review

Excellent sales and service on a new install. We love the ease of use with this ductless unit we purchased. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We highly recommend this company.

I have been using Randy's service for several years now, and always had excellent service for my gas furnace and Heat pump. They call before coming, arrive on time, don't leave any messes, and are always polite and more than glad to answer any questions relating to the utilities. I have had several diff men here for service, the most recent was Logan, yesterday. They all have been super. I highly recommend Randy's Heating.
