Always purchased my roofing supplies from here when I need to replace a roof on my homes. They folks there are pretty helpful in figuring out what you need, if you aren't an expert on roofing. They sell to anyone, commercial or private party.

Worked with Chris Moe at the Kent location. I was simply paying for the supplies that my contractor required for my project and Chris was beyond helpful, patient and courteous. His commitment to customer service is 2nd to none and was truly a pleasure to work with. Pioneer Builder's Supply is lucky to have you working for them.

Went there for torch down and they were super helpful. The guy at the desk noticed that the guy I was waiting on to load it for me was busy loading for the customer before me and he ran out to load it for me so I didn't have to stand around and wait. And it's super heavy stuff so I really appreciated it. Great customer service.
