Received an incredibly beautiful arrangement of flowers, a potted plant, a basket of snacks, and a scented candle from Paul’s that my husband organized for our anniversary as a surprise while he’s away!
Everything is absolutely beautiful, though a couple of the items in the snack basket were past date(not their fault- I get expired stuff from the grocery store all the time and not realize until I get home). A gentleman picked up the phone, and was incredibly gracious and offered to have a replacement sent over same day, which was above and beyond my expectations.
Super super kind of them to do. So A+ on the florals, and A+ on customer service.

Delivered in time and recipient is happy.
My only issue is having to chase up a confirmation of delivery. I expect this to be a standars procedure once the item has been delivered.
