I've been seeing Alicia for all my hair needs since 2020, and I can definitely say she is a miracle worker. She has cut, styled, lightened, and highlighted my hair multiple times; there's no one else I would trust to give me the exact look I want. I am also extremely lazy when it comes to hair upkeep, so I only see her about once a year. Even so, she's been able to lighten and cut my hair in a way where it grows out smoothly with no harsh lines. She's also very good at understanding her customer's vision for their hair, even if the customer isn't quite sure what they want. I always get compliments on my hair since I've started seeing her. Janet was AWESOME! Not only did the conversation come easy, but my hair came out exactly how I wanted! She asked me many questions & taught me a lot about my hair in one appointment.
