I had an appointment with Quinn and he found the problem right away and guided us in the best way to correct it. We are very happy with the company and their staff.
My ducts were in an extreme need of cleaning. Mario did an amazing job of getting every duct and the evaporator coil all cleaned up. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pointer Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of WA!
Eli was a fantastic repair man. He was quick and attentive, and even went above and beyond to recommend replacement bulbs that could help improve the space, even educating me about why and how thesy worked.
