It was easy to make an appointment, let Curtis look over the car and advise us on what could be done, let the Detailist (s) do their magic, and come out the other side with an Audi A3 etron that looked pretty close to new! After years of Seattle street/parking garage scratches and minor dings, Curtis and his team corrected it all in a day. I'd ordered the exact touch up paint from Audi Bham, that did not arrive as planned, so Curtis helped find a local body shop that could create the exact touchup paint. The DetailistI have a high mileage Tesla that I turned over to Curtis for a ceramic coat. My wife and I are very happy with the results! We are picky people and despite its high mileage, we take very good care of our car. It now looks better than new. This has been confirmed by several Tesla owners that have asked us about the paint.
