I have been going to Fringe Benefits Hair Studio for over 5-years, and Connie is not only a top-notch hairstylist (and amazing scalp massauer ?), she's professional, kind and very concerned about her client's well-being and good hair! I highly recommend!Services: Kids' cuts

Connie listens and has done a stellar job evolving my hairstyle. I have semi-curly hair which is moody, and she has figured out how to thin it so it can curl, but not over-do it, so it's not frizzy. I've lived a lot of places, and only two other hairdressers have managed this for me in 40+ years. She's a treasure in Birch Bay.
