I highly recommend using Blaine Bouquets! I am from out of state and I was planning an elopement in Washington. Since I was "blindly" planning (meaning planning things over the phone and not actually having face to face meetings or appointments) it was kind of intimidating to choose things without seeing it in real life. After talking with Cynay over the phone and describing to her my vision, I felt comfortable that I was in very capable hands.
