“Urban lash and spa is amazing! I’ve gotten lashes there with several fills. Kayla is so quick and detail oriented. The fills last, and the lashes look fab! I got a spray tan this week and had nooooooooo idea how much I needed that. She evened out my tan lines and matched my skin tone perfectly.I also received a facial and I have to be honest, I had no idea how much I would love it. Days later my face feels so smooth and happy. It's one of the best massages of my life. I appreciate everything from the greeting to the cozy and clean facilities and the ease of booking and the payment process. Megan takes insurance so that's a breeze!!! I’ve been coming here for Botox and fillers for two years now and always leave satisfied. He takes his time when going over everything and forming a blue print. He’s very nice as well! “I'm so glad Dianna opened up a day spa in Bonney lake. I don't mind the puyallup location but this location is much more convenient for me, and plenty of parking. I've been seeing Dianna owner of both locations now for about 10 years. She's the only one I trust for all my waxing needs. Now that she's semi retired, she has trained all her girls well that I don't mind driving the 45 mins to any of her locations. They all make me feel comfortable and relaxed while waxing the most intimate part of my body. Thank you for the great service all these years.“

(I will post a pic of her card) Her office space is so adorable, she makes you feel comfortable, she's so good at what she does! She will ask you what you would like focused on (it was my shoulder, neck, and lower back for me) but she will also find other areas that need attention as well. She uses organic essential oils, hot stones, soft nature sounds playing, dimmed lights, ceiling stars, super comfortable, warm, and cozy place. Full body massages are available as well. Getting to know her is the icing on the cake. Randi is a beautiful person inside and out, down to earth, she loves people, super knowledgeable, professional, so kind and thoughtful.
