As the facilities officer at KCFD47 in Ravensdale I was tasked with getting our station fire alarm repaired. After many attempts with the fire alarm people and the phone provider I was told the problem was our phone line between our buildings. They told me we needed to hire an electrician to run a new line. After reaching out to many local electric companies in the area Provident was the only one who returned my emails. Jesse communicated quickly with me and even helped to work around our all-volunteer departments schedule to get one of his electricians out to the station to take a look.
