I recently had a disappointing experience at another salon (Covington Nail & Spa) where I left with acrylic nails that I never wanted in the first place. As someone who works in healthcare, having natural nails and being able to feel what I am doing with my hands is important to me. I spent more than $60 and didn't even receive the manicure experience I was hoping for.

Feeling frustrated, I came to Mimi's Nail Salon looking for help, and they truly came to my rescue.

Both the owner and my nail technician took the time to assess the situation and carefully work together to correct the acrylic nails. What impressed me most was not just their skill, but their patience, understanding, and genuine desire to help. They listened to my concerns, respected my preferences, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.

“Absolutely love this salon for my dip manicures. They do them the correct way (no gel top coat or UV light to cure). Khanh is my girl!! She does an amazing job, she's thorough, and she offers suggestions to make sure I get what I'm hoping for. Highly recommend making an appointment so the tech can take their time (this goes for any salon, really). Ascend is clean, the staff are friendly, and you get a complimentary beverage with almost any service. Love coming here to get my nails done!!“
