I can't say enough good things about this location and staff. PA-C Anna has excellent bedside manner, truly listened to me and put me at ease by taking plenty of time to speak with me and answer my questions. Medical Assistants Izzie (and one other girl who's name I didn't catch) were kind and welcoming. They have a blanket warmer and offer you warm blankets. They took care to make sure I was comfortable both mentally and physically while addressing my issue. I wish I could make these people my primary care team. They are awesome.

I was concerned about a potential issue and I as able to get a same-day appointment at this location. There are almost no urgent cares in the Seattle area that offer same day imaging like X ray and ultrasound, which I needed, and I am so thankful that they were able to see me! The ultrasound tech, doctor, and nurse were all extremely empathetic, friendly, and took their time explaining things. The facility was clean, quiet, and organized. They even gave me a call to let me know what time the ultrasound tech would be in so I could reschedule my appointment so I wasn’t stuck waiting around when I got there for my initial appointment time. Zoomcare is a great resource. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring. They can do lab work and fill prescriptions on-site. I made an appointment online and they brought me in right on time. If I ever need urgent care again I will 100% return to this site.
