This group doesn't return calls, visit a hospitalized patient admitted for urology issues, and blames other entities for their ineptness. They missed a diagnosis for cancer due to downplaying symptoms and blood tests. STAY AWAY!

I moved to central Washington in 2009, after having lived in the Seattle/Bellevue area for 42 years. Yes, things have changed a great deal - especially since 2020 following the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I'm over a month out since my last contact with Bellevue Urology, so I've had time to think about what I'd post in a review. Aside with my many negative encounters with this office (wait time on hold to speak with someone is exceedingly long, calls never being returned by the "care team"), what struck me the most is how arrogant everyone is. First off, Dr Miller is a great doctor.On the other hand, the front office would get a 0 if I had that option.Impossible to sched procedures, even when they are the ones wanting to reschedule!Also getting calls back, schedulers are rude. All around negative experienceDoctors should be aware the front office is costing them patients
