We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jin and Ms. Jacky. My 8-year-old daughter was trying contact lenses for the first time, and they made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Ms. Jacky was incredibly patient, friendly, encouraging, and excellent at her job. Dr. Jin was also professional, kind, and supportive throughout the visit. We truly appreciated the care and attention they gave my daughter. Highly recommended!

I was a bit skeptical about finding a new eye doctor in the area after moving to Bellevue that I liked as much as my last eye doctor, but I am very happy to have found Vision Care Center! I loved that I could schedule an appointment online, even as a new patient. They even texted me ahead of time with a transparent list of the costs that will incur in the appointment that my insurance doesn't cover. Dr. Jin was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining at every step of the exam, including the images of my retina. Jackie at the front desk is super welcoming and friendly as well. All around a great experience, would definitely recommend!

Just found my new optometrist office! My previous one went the way of private equity and the service tanked. These guys are great, they have a proactive approach to eye care but will work within your needs and wants. Throughly pleasant experience, they really put the patient first. Disregard any reviews older than a year as Dr. Jin has just taken over the practice from the prevous owner who retired.
