Trutina's team is fantastic!When my spouse and I were faced with large bill from a doctors visit due to insurance coverage claiming a preventative visit was Out-of-Network (when the provider was deemed In-Network prior to our visit) the insurance attempted to charge us with a maximal balance. Trutina was so helpful in speaking with the company and fighting for us in the end to ensure we were not charged the balance.
