By luck, I snagged a last minute haircut appointment with Susan. As a first-timer, I didn’t know what to expect but had high hopes because of her positive reviews. After a short consultation re: what I wanted and what my hair will do, (often opposing goals), Susan trimmed up my hair making it look fuller and healthier than I thought possible! We joked about how little hair she actually took off, but honestly she shaped it in a way that makes it a snap to style. Susan instructed me how to maintain the look so its not just a One & Done day when my hair looks great. She’s a chatty Brit full of charm and clearly after 40 years she is still on fire with passion for her career.

Susan is an absolute gem! She has never failed to give me or my daughter the cuts we have shown her. On top of her competency, she is a great human. My son accompanied me to the salon..he had found some fun with a razor that day on his head and lopped off his sideburns. She suggested she could take the extra time and help the little guy out.
