Choosing Wes and his team, including Ebbie, to manage the sale of our house was absolutely the right decision. Our house was sold as part of an estate, and I live across the country. Wes and his team were a dream to work with! They brought in people to clean out my junk and unwanted furniture, contractors to repair damage from renting, house cleaners and stagers. I literally didn’t have to do anything to prepare the house for sale. We collected offers for a week, reviewed them and accepted an over asking offer. There were no surprises and the whole process was easy. I would highly recommend Wes and his team!
It was difficult for me to put my trust into a real estate agent only because this was the first home I've sold, and I needed it to be handled with care and respect. I interviewed 2 other agencies. Wes' was the 3rd and last. During our first meeting I knew, it was clear, this man knew more about how to position my home for a successful sale than the others. We put our home on the market at one of the worst times of the year, also during a slow market. We had expectations of it taking many months. With Wes and his team's expertise it sold in just under a month. Trusting him was easy, working with him and his team was a great experience!
