While she was technically polite and answered my questions, Katrina spoke to me as though I were a small child. It sounded patronizing and condescending. If that's her normal speaking voice, I'm surprised no one has mentioned it before.

I come here regularly on my lunch breaks cause I work at Bishops a few blocks away and the staff here are always super sweet and welcoming and are very quick to assist you when you walk in the door. Love coming here for a little light therapy pick me up :)

I was worried because I came a little close to closing time yesterday evening. However, the two women at the front desk were very welcoming, kind, patient, and informing when they was were helping me create an account with Seattle Sun Tan. Great customer service! I will definitely be coming back more often to this location! Everything looked very clean and organized.
