I came here several times, service was always pleasant. I originally found them on Groupon and then kept going every time I felt it was needed. I used to go mainly when I got colds or during spring/ pollen season. It helped me a lot with allergies when I went consistently. They would have deals from time to time. Also I think they're the only salt cave in the surrounding Seattle area
After a 45 minute drive they’re not even open. They’re not answering the phones. The website says they should be open from 11am to 7 pm. really disappointed with the lack of information.
This place gets a three star only because my massage therapist did a an amazing job. But I dont think I will be going again because of the lady at the front counter (I think she might be the owner). She was not wearing a mask at all. And then kept saying how the salts are antibacterial (covid is a virus). And I had a gift card of $190 and my massage was $175. I could not use the difference to tip my massage therapist. Then I asked to charge my card for a tip, she told me they could not. Then asked if she can break a $50 bill and was told no. Luckily I had $10 on me and gave that because I did not want my massage therapist getting nothing. If you're there purely for aesthetic reasons then yes this place is beautiful for photos.
