Michelle is amazing! I got a japanese straightening treatment from her 5 months ago and my hair still looks perfect - I get so many compliments on it even today. She was meticulous and careful, making sure every piece was exactly right. The process took forever (like maybe 5-6 hours, though I have long, dense hair), but was totally worth it for the result - plus she was fun to talk to. She won't do the treatment if you have had bleach / lighteners, FYI - as it could damage your hair.
