They were much faster to respond than the first Google certified provider I called. They were able to come to my location for a "free estimate" within one hour of my call. They confirmed they could do the duplicate key for my Tahoe when they arrived. They clearly explained the pricing and were able to complete the job within about 45 minutes start to finish. I did expect a company van and my rep had a minivan with no signage. He was very skilled and I would not have received any additional benefit from a "company van" but thought I would mention it because I noticed this detail.....also, it might help convince the company to invest a little more in the rep that came out...read full review
Fantastic service with excellent product knowledge, would highly recommend. I rang round a few different locksmiths and Safety locksmith where very competitive with excellent service.
I asked Max to come and change some old locks for me. He done a full security check and made some great recommendations that secured my home at a great price. Quick, friendly and discreet. I actually sleep better now knowing my home is safe and secure for my family. Highly recommended!
