Check in process very efficient. I liked the new process/technology where the clinic knew I was close to the clinic. I was able to see my physician ahead of my appointment time. Visit was thorough and rushed. Lab not open at clinic but was able to get blood drawn at hospital which was also quick. Great visit with my physician.
Recently, I had seen Dr. Joseph Lee inOverlake Medical Center for my annual wellness evaluation. It was just another excellent experience as before. The front desk representative was very nice and helpful. The nurse was very professional. Dr. Lee always listens and answers questions patiently. He is very thorough and never neglects any signs of potential health issues. I feel fortunate to have such a great healthcare team.
Beginning with a new primary care physician is always a challenge, and I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received from the nurse as well as from Dr. Geltzer. I felt well cared for.
