We had a great experience with Orca Roofing from start to finish. Peter was excellent at explaining the process, sometimes several times! The price was very competitive and they were also willing to do some repairs on our chimney. Eric managed most of the daily process and communicated timely and clearly. I was drawn to Orca Roofing from all the positive online reviews as my previous experience with roofing companies was not always positive. Orca blew me away. Very friendly, very communicative and made me feel like they cared about my house and made me feel comfortable with the process at every step. We ran into issues trying to re-roof my shed and pump house and Eric was on my side every step of the way coming up with creative ways to get the project done within my budget and on time. Phaedra executed the job beautifully and those 2 roofs look better than I ever imagined how they could look. They are very much deserving here in another glowing reviews.
Orca came recommended by a neighbor who used them for repairs following the bomb cyclone. We had a leaking solar tube and had a really great experience with Eric! He was super communicative, asked great questions about our issue before arriving to ensure he showed up prepared to solve the problem, and fixed the issue on the first try.
