Customers describe the team as professional, courteous, careful, skilled, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Reviews highlight good jobs at very good prices, with one bath-to-shower conversion completed in two days. A retired couple praised the reasonableness of the price, the level of detail in the proposal, and the company's knowledge about accessibility issues. They noted that an ADA specialist listened to their ideas, made tweaks, and honored their specific requirements. The job went as outlined in the proposal, from scheduling to completion, and the team handled an unforeseen plumbing issue without hesitation. Another customer mentioned a master bath update that required re-routing plumbing and removing a small shower; the crew was helpful with advice, adjusted schedules when needed, and the President/Senior Project Manager was very responsive. The work was done on time and within budget. One reviewer called the company one with integrity and truly good people.
Caleb was outstanding to work with. He knows his products like the back of his hand and communicates very clearly and succinctly. He was very responsive to our phone calls and emails. Very conscientious, respectful, no high pressure sales tactics. Very professional and at the same time extremely friendly. He was a pleasure to have in our home

2) the level of detail in their proposal and their willingness to make an adjustment when asked, and
3) how knowledgeable they were about accessibility… read full review

They were helpful with advice when decisions needed to be made about certain details and adjusted their schedules whenever needed to accommodate us. The President/Senior Project Manager outlined the project for us and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The work was done on time within budget and we couldn't be… read full review
