WORST LEADS I HAVE EVER Received. I've been receiving leads for over 1 year with zero return. Paid over $9000. Zero converted leads. It's a difficult market and I've been a Broker for over 23 years. I only continued due to 2 leads that WERE actually going to do something soon, which still hasn't happened. I requested bad leads Sent in wrong counties/states to be replaced. I was ignored and when I requested they escalate the file to a supervisor the customer service representative said they are the manager. Name is Young, that was all he would state. Every year, they increase the price of a basic CRM, yet my fellow agents, who I referred, are charged less and I’ve been a customer for 10 years. They refuse to rectify, even though I have called every year. Shame on me for staying with them. I’M OUT!

wanted to share my honest experience regarding my account with Market Leader.

When I originally signed up, I was told this was a month-to-month lead generation service. That turned out to be completely misleading. Samantha, who signed me up, told me I was eligible to receive double the leads, which never happened. When I inquired about this, I was then told that fulfillment of those leads is based on a 6-month contract, and that only after 6 months — if the leads aren’t met — would I be eligible for a refund.
