Every year, they increase the price of a basic CRM, yet my fellow agents, who I referred, are charged less and I’ve been a customer for 10 years. They refuse to rectify, even though I have called every year. Shame on me for staying with them. I’M OUT!

wanted to share my honest experience regarding my account with Market Leader.

When I originally signed up, I was told this was a month-to-month lead generation service. That turned out to be completely misleading. Samantha, who signed me up, told me I was eligible to receive double the leads, which never happened. When I inquired about this, I was then told that fulfillment of those leads is based on a 6-month contract, and that only after 6 months — if the leads aren’t met — would I be eligible for a refund.

MarketLeader is a complete fraud. I paid over $3,800 for what was supposed to be “exclusive real estate leads,” and what I got instead were fake names, disconnected numbers, bogus emails, and nonexistent properties. Maybe 1 out of 100 leads connected to a real person—and even then, the info didn’t match.

I tried to cancel when even their own team admitted the leads weren’t legitimate, but they refused to let me out of the contract. And now that my 6-month term is up, they’re still trying to charge me and won’t process a cancellation.
