Bonnie is the most effective therapist I have seen. As an attorney I work long hours sitting and I hold a ton of tension in my upper back and shoulders. I have also been in multiple car accidents over the years. An hour with Bonnie took away my pain and left me feeling like I've pushed the reset button on my tension. If I was located closer I would go twice a week! I also love the relaxing atmosphere of Mandalla and the beautiful artwork she displays by local artists! Definitely recommend this for anyone in pain or just wanting to pamper themselves. It feels like a mini vacation!

My husband was having lower back issues with a pinched nerve. On our first visit for him she took the time to get to know us and what was causing his pain. We never felt rushed through his massage appointment and she is very honest and knowledgeable about her profession, she gave us many ideas of what could help everyday at home for him. Needless to say my husband was walking better and feeling amazing when we left.
