We’ve had the pleasure of working with LYD construction several times. Codie is fantastic to work for. We would come out and pickup construction debris from their site to ensure everything was kept clean and tidy. I always admire contractors that take site cleanliness seriously for both safety, attention to detail and quality experience.

What stood out most was the communication. I always knew who would be coming, when they would arrive, and what work would be happening each day. That level of clarity made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I recently completed a home remodel with LYD Construction that included a full kitchen renovation, new built-in cabinets and shelving in my family room, a remodeled powder room, and a custom coffee bar in my formal dining room. In the kitchen, we added a large island, removed existing closets, and replaced them with beautifully designed pantries, replaced flooring, added lighting, added a microwave in the island, installed a non-standard hood, added tile backsplash... — completely transforming the space.
