Amazing product. Transferred everything, even rather complicated and rare programs, with no glitches at all. Customer service was terrific; I had several problems at the start and they worked everything out for me and even gave me a discount.

My wife had a issue with her laptop not charging while turned on. It turned out to be a failed mother board. It was less expensive to get a new computer that fix the laptop.
