The staff, particularly Rachel and FIRMEINKK, are kind, gentle, and excellent at their craft, providing amazing outcomes and great customer service.
i had a really good experience getting my lash extensions here! found the place through groupon and the lady that attended me was very kind and welcoming and super flexible with my schedule! she was able to price match my groupon, whereas i had other places that didn’t honor the price. might come back for a lift!
Rachel is a SUPERSTAR! She was so kind, and gentle with me, being my first time getting my eyelash lift + eyebrow lamination, I was a bit nervous, but she made me feel comfortable and the outcome was amazing! I was able to book an appointment with her almost immediately which I needed for my work trip, and now thanks to Rachel, I don't have to curl my lashes or do my eyebrows. I'll definitely go back, and will tell all my friends about her! thank you, Rachel!
