I had an amazing experience at HIDEF in Bellevue! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my condition, explaining everything clearly and tailoring a treatment plan that worked perfectly for me. After just a few sessions, I noticed significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels. Their hands-on approach, combined with personalized exercises, made all the difference. I highly recommend HIDEF!
I have been going to HIDEF Physical Therapy since a knee injury in 2023 and recently had L4-L5 Spinal Fusion surgery and it was a no brainer who I was going to use to get me back to my old self post surgery. Once I was released for physical therapy I signed up with Kelly at HIDEF Bellevue and scheduled out for the next three months. This is my first week back to PT and I already feel better and have great confidence in the plan Kelly has laid out for me. Hidef is the best physical therapy office I’ve found. I drive 30 minutes from home because they are the best. The therapists are all athletes themselves and work with the goal of getting you back to your active lifestyle as fast as possible. I love that they give me challenging exercises to work on and even have me doing weight lifting. Highly recommend!
