I came in for a haircut few years back before Covid. Appointment was easy to schedule and service was nice but the haircut I got wasn’t great. I asked the stylist to even it out. I left tip for effort and service.

My experience here has varied considerably depending on the stylist. My last experience, the stylist rushed the haircut, got hair on my clothes, left little spots longer than others. When they showed me the back of my hair - I felt rude asking to adjust the mirror twice so that I could see my hairline.
I've had other stylists at this location that have given me the polar opposite experience. If it appears your stylist doesn't care here - avoid them!
