I have been a patient at Family Dental Care of Bellevue for a few years. I previously had my veneers done at previous dentist office over 10 years ago. So it was time to replace my old veneers. I had requested to work with the lab that worked with my previous dentist as I liked how natural they looked and Dr. Galloway was OK with that. Even though color matching was done in person, the quality and color of the veneers were less than acceptable. Dr. Galloway sent those back to the lab and we ended up going with the lab she usually works with. Dr. Bauer & his staff are incredibly welcoming, caring & professional. I had the best experience as a new patient - everything from my onboarding, x-rays & cleaning.Truly one of the best experience I've had for dental care, I cannot recommend them enough!

Very friendly professional staff. My first visit, I found the intake procedure with office supplied IPad, easy and efficient.Dr. and hygienist were very informative, taking the time to explain everything and asking if I was comfortable during the procedure.Highly recommended.
