I had came across Dr.Kara website when searching for infrared blue light therapy for pain injury. I was in a car auto accident and went to a different Chiropractor who didn't use infrared blue light therapy. My first appointment with her, I was so impressed with her. I immediately switched over to her for chiropractic adjustment care and infrared blue light therapy. Comparing with the previous Chiropractor that i have been to , I felt Dr. Kara was very effective with the techniques that she used on me. She is very clear on her website with her pricing for adjustment and services. And, I really appreciate her determination to help me improve my condition. I'm so thankful I met Dr.Kara during my recovery from the auto accident. I highly recommend Dr. Kara.
Dr. Kara is so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about treating her clients. I’ve seen her for a few of my struggles with having scoliosis and she has helped tremendously! She looks at solving the issue from the whole picture and is always thorough. You never feel rushed during your appointment and she really takes the time to help her clients as much as she can.
I would highly recommend Dr Kara. I went in with chronic hip pain but unlike other doctors who just focus on one area, Dr Kara took the holistic approach to help heal all connected areas of the body; including laser therapy on my aching heels. I had restricted movement & now feel alot more mobile & the stretches & exercises have really helped too. We made a plan for my healing & strengthening moving forward. Dr Kara is a very clear thinker & an expert in her field.
