Beautiful job of restoring the finish on my ten year old car which sits outside every day, so lots of pollen and dust in cracks and crannies. Inside was cleaned immaculately. Very happy with the job.

Joel, the operations manager at Eco Car Cafe, personally reached out to me after a disappointing experience. He apologized and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right, showing a strong commitment to their service standards. Although I was disappointed by my first experience, Joel and his team completely turned it around. I’ll be returning, five stars for excellent customer service.
I was super sad when the Bellevue Acura dealer quit doing detailing, because they always did a really nice job. However; after some exploring around, I found my way to Eco Car Cafe. They have detailed both the interior and exterior of both my car, and my dad's car. They do a very thorough, careful job and I have been delighted with the results. I will happily continue to come to Eco Car Cafe for my detailing in future.
