Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. My car was dirty after a road trip and the result was outstanding. Brand new car! The location is convenient and checking in and out is easy. They offer parking validation. Very satisfied

I dropped by after having lunch at Joeys. It was a spontaneous visit. I recently had purchased a new used car that had a couple of small stains on the seat. The gentleman that helped me immediately dropped what he was doing to take care of my car. He did an outstanding job and the fee was more than reasonable. These guys really understood customer service. They had a bunch of expensive cars in the bays which is always a good sign. Car was thoroughly cleaned and the entire operation from check-in to check-out is very efficient. The garage location in the Hyatt is very convenient and you can wait in the hotel lobby or spend time near Bellevue square as your car is worked on. The staff is very courteous, and their rates are competitive. Garage parking is validated which is a plus. I will definitely be using Eco car cafe again.Service: Full body wash
