The results are flawless and amazing. The attention to detail is superb, with no missed spots. They can remove caked on brake dust, buildup of fir needles and grime around wheel wells, and tree sap. Your car will be left looking amazing and you will receive numerous compliments. The team is very courteous and professional, ensuring you are happy with the work. It is extremely convenient if you work in Bellevue Place or Lincoln Square, and they validate parking. Electric cars get a 10% discount.
Beautiful job of restoring the finish on my ten year old car which sits outside every day, so lots of pollen and dust in cracks and crannies. Inside was cleaned immaculately. Very happy with the job.

He apologized and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right, showing a strong commitment to their service standards. Although I was disappointed by my first experience, Joel and his team completely turned it around. I’ll be returning, five stars for excellent customer service.
I was super sad when the Bellevue Acura dealer quit doing detailing, because they always did a really nice job. However; after some exploring around, I found my way to Eco Car Cafe. They have detailed both the interior and exterior of both my car, and my dad's car. They do a very thorough, careful job and I have been delighted with the results. I will happily continue to come to Eco Car Cafe for my detailing in future.
