Not a very professional company. They either pretend to be interested in you, then they just ghost you. Or they have their employees reach out to have others take a CCAT for them to achieve a better score. Mine was for the CISO. So good luck!

I tried them out for the first time with a complicated roof. I hand measured the lengths and pitches ahead of time to see if it was correct and suitable for my needs. When I received the report, 85% of pitches and several lengths were incorrect. Based on the satisfaction guarantee, I wrote and asked for a partial refund, which seemed fair based on their guarantee.Two weeks later I received back an email asking for a detailed explanation of what was incorrect. Fantastic! I always get my EV's within an hour or two of order, and they are complete, thorough, and helpful. I recently had one with tree blockage that I called Customer Service to resolve, and received super helpful and fast service...had a newer, better one in my inbox within minutes, with all the missing information, including the info triggering my call.
