Our experience has been 'meh' trending negative. Our tax advisor, Jeannine, misread a Vanguard 1099 which thankfully we caught before the taxes were filed (would have resulted in a $1k underpayment) and doesn't timely respond to emails, including a basic request to complete an accredited investor form. The value doesn't seem to be there either: spending $500 for estimated tax prep and $1,275 for low-medium personal tax complexity when they aren't responsive and are making errors is concerning, especially when we're the ones having to organize everything in the first place.
