I’ve been going to Crossroads Vet for almost two years now with both of my dogs, and I can honestly say this is the best veterinary clinic we’ve ever been to.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and professional. They genuinely care about my dogs and always make us feel welcome. What I love most is that my dogs are actually happy to come here! They don’t have that fear or anxiety around the vet that they’ve had at other clinics. They’re excited to see the staff, which means so much to me and makes me feel like I’ve made the right choice for their care.

Dr. Jen is so wonderful! She's a great listener and explains what's going on or what could happen and eases my anxious dog-mom mind.

She's also a great listener - when I told her my dog didn't like being held to be checked and he would be good with treats, she gave him some peanut butter on a stick and checked him out. He did great!

She's honest and she puts the dog (in my case) above all else. I've never been to a vet I've trusted more

I drive from Seattle to come here because of the great team! Highly recommend them

We love this veterinary clinic! The vets and the entire team are kind, caring, and truly attentive to both pets and their owners. They never recommend unnecessary procedures or treatments—only what they genuinely believe is best for your pet. We really appreciate their honesty and that they don’t try to upsell services. It’s also so helpful that they send reminders for vaccines and other important preventive care. We always feel that our pet is in great hands. Highly recommend!
