They keep canceling on me and no matter what, they won't get back to me or give me any reason why. I really been needing an allergist for my mast cell activation syndrome and this was one of the only places that my insurance covered, so this is ridiculous. I can't even make my first appointment here to discuss anything with them at all whatsoever.

I will change my review if I get better service but they said someone would call me at the end of the day to schedule an appt. No one called me so I call back. Line rings for a long time then hangs up. So my conclusion is they don’t answer their phone. UNPROFESSIONAL

I tried so many times calling, leaving messages and was never able to get an appointment. They sent me a text message 4 months later, and at that point, I had another appointment scheduled with a different clinic. If I have the option, would go somewhere else
